How To Register

Is this is your first time registering?

If you’ve never played or taken lessons at BETC, you’ll need to set up your password protected account by calling the Front Desk, (253) 872-5545. Once we’ve gotten you all set up and assigned you a Username and Password, you’ll be able to access your account online.

Once online…

• Please do not use your email as your Username since it may cause problems with your class registration or court reservations.
• Only Primary Account Holder can update profiles of themselves and others on the account.
• Please do not change the Primary Account holder to another family member.

Two password protected ways to register.

1) Through your Account Portal.

2) Through “BETC MOBILE” app found in your phone’s app store.

Username and Password are the same for your Account Portal and the app.

What’s the difference between BETC’s Website and my Account Portal?

Betconline.net – BETC’s public website is available to everyone (no login needed).  This is where you’ll find general Club information, upcoming events, classes schedules and more.  It’s purely informational and no login is required to view it.

Account Portal – Password protected and personal to just you!

This is where you’ll find your personal information as well as where you can reserve courts and sign up for classes.  Your private login is required for your Account Portal.  From BETC’s website, you’ll find a blue “Login” button. Click and it will take you to your personal Account Portal. Login required for access to your Portal.

What if the class, camp or clinic you want isn’t showing up in your search?

Programs will only be accessible to you if student’s birthdate is on file and they have been assigned a level rating by one of our pros that matches the level of your desired program.

How do I get a level rating?

To get a level rating, please contact the Front Desk to set up a private lesson or arrange a one-day drop-in to a class. Drop-ins available day of class if space is available.

During Priority Registration, only the class (es) you are currently registered in for the full month will display.

Important Registration Dates

• 15th of Month – Member Priority Registration starts at 8 AM and runs through midnight the 19th. Members currently enrolled in a month-long class can have Priority Registration to that same class next month.
• 20th of the Month – Member Open Registration – Starts at 8 AM.
• 25th of the Month – Guest Registration – Starts at 8 AM.

I’m a Guest and would like to become a member so I can have earlier registration.

Start a full membership before the 19th and take advantage of Priority Registration. To apply, go to “Become a Member” under our Membership and Amenities page at Betconline.net.
